Seann is an award-winning speaker, certified coach and digital business strategist. Seann's previous experience encompasses public relation events for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) specialised in campaign strategy and creativity, marketing communication, key visual branding, event management for corporate clients of Fortune 500 companies, hence develop himself highly skilled in solution selling and digital creative campaign.

Currently working as a digital learning consultant and an Institutional Director of LX (Learning Experience), Seann has over 20 years experience in corporate training strategy, adult education and 'train the trainer' programme. He is also familiar with the 'Sun Tzu's Art of War' for business and the latest sales effectiveness solution of CEB Sales Executive Council's the challenger sales model.

Seann is passionate in Agile UX/UI, learning experience (LX) design and digital marketing strategy. He is currently extending knowledge into AI, alongside with research on digital user happiness by design. He is a well-known UX happiness speaker - his recent speaking event at Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Summit (New Zealand) - "Can robots design customer happiness?" has received well response from the audience.
